Add WebHooks to Receive Device-independent Callbacks

To ensure that your backend gets informed about each transaction, you can register so-called WebHooks on our platform.

The URL you specify as your WebHook will be called each time one of your transactions is processed on our platform. You can then choose to query our platform for transaction details.

To get started, first Register a WebHook, then Verify Transactions with WebHooks.

If we can not reach your server, we will retry every hour for 72 hours and inform you via email.

WebHook Workflow

  1. The device initiates processing of a transaction.
  2. The device gets notified that the transaction was processed successfully.
  3. Your backend gets notified separately that a transaction was processed.
  4. Your backend queries the platform with the given eventIdentifier and receives the event data.
